Special Anniversary Roast coming soon!

We have purchased two 69 kg bags of Fairtrade organic coffee from APECAP cooperative in Ecuador that we will be featuring as a Limited Edition 10 Year Anniversary Roast. We have done some test roasting (and tasting) and we’re loving it! It will be a medium roast and it brews to a bright and lively cup with mild chocolate notes. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready for purchase!

Go North Music Festival
is this Saturday, July 13th.

If you’re in the area this weekend, it’s not too late to get tickets for this year’s Go North Music Festival. There’s a great line-up of 8 Canadian bands. This is a licensed event featuring beer from two local breweries, great local food vendors, a kids’ zone and stage. St. Joseph Island Coffee Roasters‘ cold brew coffee will be available again this year at the beer booth.

Gates open at 3 pm this Saturday, July 13th. Overnight camping is available Friday and Saturday nights. Advanced tickets can be purchased until July 12 for $40 (youth 13 to 18 are $15 and 12 and under are free). Prices go up to $50 per adult at the gate, which is still a great deal.
