New Moon Decaf is our dark roast decaf. On the label is a new(ish) moon painted by Heather Hoffmann. Living rurally you become aware of the moon phases by how light or dark it is at night. When there’s a new moon you can’t see your hand in front of your face.

This new moon decaf is the best decaf coffee I’ve ever had! It doesn’t even taste decaffeinated. It’s excellent- smooth and dark.

Love love love the decaf choices! They are so good, my husband has now switched to decaf, as caffeine isn’t agreeing with him the way it used to. Now we both drink decaf only, and this is possible because of how delicious New Moon and Full Moon are 🙂
